Professor Cooper is very helpful and really engaged especially with him telling jokes. His powerpoints are clear and show everything step by step. I recommend you taking the class but be prepared to do all the homework and attend all the lectures. The midterms are straightforward especially since there is practice ones online.

Cooper is absolutely adorable! His accent is cute too. He tells hilarious jokes that wakes the class up. funny guy. He really shows passion in what he teaches. attend CLAS, do the homework (you get unlimited tries!) and do practice midterms before the midterms and you'll be fine. Cooper really wants all his students to succeed. nice guy.

D.A.R.Y.L. is a professor that enjoys doing what he does, and he is always willing to answer questions. The practice midterms online are exactly how the actual midterms are, so it makes it easy to study. He'll boost your grade up if you attend every lecture (uses i clicker) and try every homework! :]

He is interesting and funny. He wants everyone to do well. Just do the homework and go to class (he uses iclicker) the practice midterms are like the midterm.

Hilarious and nice guy, Iclicker everyday so need to be there and on time. But if you do all the hw and go to lecture he will automatically bring your grade to a B.

D.A.R.Y.L. is a great and funny calculus professor. He takes his time in explaining things, and he always posts his powerpoints online if you need to reference them later. The midterms are exactly like the practice midterms he puts online. Homework is easy, and there is iclicker every lecture day so you should go to get participation points.

Must attend every lecture (uses clicker) and boosts your grade if you attend every lecture and at least attempt all of the homeworks. Not an easy class, I use CLAS for this and it was not helpful, I recommend going to your TA's office hours as often as possible or before midterms (this was extremely helpful).

He is interested in what he is doing even though it is below his standing and capability in mathematics. He was funny and interesting in lecture and he was always open for questions.

Cooper is an enjoyable teacher. He may not have the funniest jokes, but his heart is in the right place. If you get a C, C+, B-, he'll bump your grade up to a B if you put in the effort!

Prof Cooper was great! He was very helpful and patient. His class wasn't boring at all (much to my surprise). He tells a joke every lecture. Attend class for iclicker points. You will love this class & Cooper!!!!

Amazing professor. Will answer all of your questions and you can get an A or B if you study his practice midterms, practice finals, and study a lot. Very funny, always tell jokes, which are mostly terrible, yet also funny because of how bad they are. Take him if you can!!

Great professor and very helpful during Office Hours. Highly recommended. My section / discussion leader was useless and CLAS helped up to a point, but during Office Hours Cooper gives much more one on one help and insight on how to successfully master the course. Online practice exams are helpful.

Personality wise, he's hilarious and has given me tons of new jokes to add to my book. However, teaching wise he's pretty unclear. He makes simple concepts a lot more complicated then they are. If you want an A use the textbook, make sure to go to CLAS (Laura is the best!), and use a notecard on the quizzes/midterms!

GREAT TEACHER!! amazing accent! makes math fun, cracks jokes! if you actually pay attention in class, and li sten during lectures you will do fine. He alwys gives u a "study guide" and a heas-up ion what content will be covered on the tests and to what extent. He is a merciful grader! LOVED this professor defenetly reccomend!

Cooper is an interesting fella, but is a good instructor to take compared to others. If you struggle in math just go to Clas and ask questions during sections. In this class, you can't be afraid to ask questions.

Cooper is a good teacher and really tries to help you out for this class. He understands that it leads to a lot of majors and does his best to explain the material clearly while being funny at times. Just show up, do the homework, and study the practice exams and you'll do fine.
