avoid this prof like the plague! i only learned by reading the book.

Although **** talks fast and moves his slides at the speed of light (relevant to his class), he is always willing to help or slow down.and also, his midterms and finals are pretty straightforward.he allows cheat sheets which are bomb-awesome. He also excludes some of the uneccessary stuff on exams which is nice. And his southern accent dominates

He doesn't run through overheads that fast and it doesn't even matter because you shouldn't copy it all down, half is in the book. He does indeed mumble so sit towards the front or just ask for help from him or somebody else after class. Otherwise he teaches the material straight out, he's not fun because chem's not fun. He's an average teacher.

Horrible teacher who can't even speak English! But you never need to go to the lecture to do well on the lecture so if you are the person who never attend lecture, you should take his class. His test is pretty easy if you go over every problems listed on his syllabus.

HERE IS WHAT YOU DO. take CLAS and do not go to lecture. His tests are EASY, but his lectures are beyond horrible, you will be confused beyond your wildest dreams. CLAS gives example problems IDENTICAL to the ones on the test. Learn how to do those, then you will get that A you dream of.

This class wasn't so bad, exactly. But the man's got a thick accent and an ability to just put you straight to sleep. I recommend bringing a pillow-- those chem chairs aren't that comfy.

WORST TEACHER EVER! Boring!!!!!...And he is older than my grandpa. I don't even think the man knows what the word enunciate means. Even if you are in the FRONT ROW you can't understand or hear what he says. He goes WAAAAAY too fast. You might as well get the book and go to CLAS and learn the damn thing on your own. DO NOT TAKE HIM pleeeeaaase!!!!!!

EXTREMELY KIND AND HELPFUL. ALWAYS IS MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP YOU ON A ONE TO ONE BASIS. HIS TESTS ARE EXTREMELY PREDICTABLE AND SIMPLE, THEY SIMPLY TEST WHETHER YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE MATERIAL OR NOT, AND DO NOT FOCUS ON WHETHER YOU KNOW HOW TO TAKE A TEST WELL OR NOT. HE IS ABSOLUTELY SWEET!!!!!!!!

Not a terribly hard class if you actually do the assigned problems...tests are not bad...the lectures were almost useless, since he had many overheads from the book

He is a horrible teacher. He needs to retire. Couldn't understand him through all the mumbles. Do not take him if you are planning on taking Chem for your major...you will be lost!

Get another teacher

he mumbles through the entire leccture at the speed of light. It is very hard to follow ANYTHING he says during class. You're better off reading the book than trying to learn anything from him.

He's so incredibly hard to understand! There's no point in going to lectures you learn nothing from them. Sign up for CLAS and do the homework and you'll be fine. The tests aren't to bad either.

I can't understand this man at all. He mumbles all the time and I just can't get used to it. The tests aren't that easy either. They're doable as long as you read and actually do the practice problems.

The man is nice and all but......you need to a make a decision in that class either listen and dont take notes or dont listen and take notes that you will never read. There is no multi-tasking in this class. I say listen in lecture and read the book (which is a lot easier to understand) oh and do the practice problems he gives you
