He's wanders from topic to topic, but tries his hardest to be funny and make the class interesting. If you're shooting for an A, I recommend doing the reading, and just really knowing the material. Test isn't too tricky, but fairly demanding.

his lectures are interesting and he makes good use of powerpoint. Sometimes you don't know what to take notes on though. He's a funny guy but I'd have to agree that his tests are pretty hard.

Lectures were pretty interesting, but there was a lot of information to know for the tests. Tests were pretty hard, but he was very helpful during office hours.

As a person, he is great; very funny and entertaining. His lectures aren't so great though. They are a bit confusing and don't follow along with the material in the book. Also, he sometimes has a hard time describing experiments clearly. Tests are somewhat difficult; it's hard to know what to study for. It was an interesting class though.

He is a very funny guy. Visual aids, such as videos, pictures and examples really help explain concepts and ideas. I enjoyed his lectures - only problem was that it was too early in the morning. The class is not so hard if you attend every lecture and read over the material.

revlin is awesome. he is like the****. coolest prof ever.

he's a good professor. he is fair, and he listens to complaints. he goes off on tangents, but tries to keep it entertaining. recommended.

He is an ****. Seriously, I'm a psych major, and I hate him and his stupid class. He offers extra credit and then ****s it up and gives it to half the class and not the rest, even though we all did it. Basically, he's inept.

He is funny and he tries to make lecture more entertaining. He cracks a couple of funny jokes here and there. You should pay attention to what he says instead of just copying the powerpoint notes. The tests were harder than I expected, but if you understand the concepts, you should be fine.

Revlin is prety funny. He goes through the material pretty quickly, but most of the information comes from the book. Lecture is important, but stay caught up on the reading.

This class is amazing! So easy, I got an A on the midterm and the final. My advice is just to read the text, and go to lecture (or get AS notes, and do a study group for the tests. Revlin is so funny and you get to watch a lot of videos. Take this class!

Fairly easy, I rarely attended lectures but got AS notes, read the material, studied hard and got a B. Great lecturer and if it wasn't for the fact that class was early, I would have went to all the lectures and wouldn't have stressed so much. You don't have to go to section, but the review before midterm and final help a lot.

love him! he keeps you entertained, good sense of humor...midterm and final are not that hard as long as you read the book. fairly easy class.

Loved him! He is so funny and makes lecture so interesting! His tests are sort of tough but they are very fair. As long as you keep up with the reading and study hard for the midterm and final you should be fine. You also have no excuse not to attend lecture... he's entertaining!

He is relaxed and knows his stuff, but his presentations are not always that clear. He moves back and forth constantly and does not go back when he skipped ahead. He offers student notes that you have to PAY for though, and does not give you anything to review for midterm or final! He barely tells you some things that will be on the test!

Psych 1 is 13 chapters of really random stuff. The midterm and final will cover all of it. Prof. Revlin is a good teacher and funny
