CollegeNielsen is a really nice guy, and his lectures were clear. I would take him again!
This class taught me a lot! 10/10 would take again, not hard and very easy to follow lecture.
Great teacher! Everything is extremely structured just go to class and you'll pass.
he's a nice person, tried to make class funny but lecture often felt a bit vague and tangential. no assignments until midterm, then low effort group project and connected essay, then final. (both exams were online multiple choice) didn't grade anything until after finals and ignored my email. pretty easy, and he seems kind but i didn't learn much
Lots of reading, lectures are interesting, but he doesn't engage students much which I think would be highly beneficial for retention. Assignment instructions are clear, he's great at communicating about big assignments, provides a study guide for exams. If you follow rubric, submit assignments on time, and show up you'll do great.
Said attendance was mandatory but wouldn't always take it. When he did he'd rush through it and most students would have to go after class to write name down. Don't have many assignments but the only big one he doesn't really explain and it's a group one but you have little to no contact with your group?? Def wouldnt take this class again
