Hiii, Looking for a female subleaser for the summer for a beautiful house on 65 El Nido (Back side of DP). Very large and spacious house, with a huge kitchen, a nice living room, and a hot tub. Fits 11 people total, but there will likely not be many in the house during the summer. Large lofted triple bedroom (not sure how many will actually be in the room) with bathroom. $1200/month including water, landscaping, and trash services.
