Very large and spacious house, with a huge kitchen, a nice living room, and a hot tub. House will likely be very empty during the summer. Large lofted bedroom (not sure how many will actually be in the room, it may be a single) with bathroom. $1000/month including water, landscaping, and trash services but willing to negotiate!!!
