I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at campus 880, in the sky-loft style apartment. I have not been to the property yet as the lease starts on the 27th. Your roommate will be a close friend of mine, who I will be more than happy to put you in contact with and if you are in the san diego area I could cajole him into meeting with you. I have covered the first months rent and I am looking for you to pay me the security deposit I have put down and the lease transfer fee, but I am happy to let you keep the free month of rent. This means that along with the 75 dollar/month discount my lease has you will still gain 725 dollars over a lease under different circumstances.
