You will share a bathroom with the roommate in the guest bedroom. My personal belongings will be cleared out before move-in, and I'm happy to leave behind kitchenware or other essentials for free. Both of my roommates are female, quiet, and easygoing. The community features on-site laundry facilities, a newly-built gym, a swimming pool, study rooms, on-site management, and excellent security. The sublease will be processed through the official, legal apartment transfer procedures.
