Looking for a male sublease to take over my spot for the Summer 2026 or Fall 2026 academic quarter! The Room: Large double room; seriously one of the biggest rooms in all of IV. Comes fully furnished with a twin bed & bedframe, nightstand, dresser, a huge desk with an office chair and dedicated drawer storage, and a spacious closet. The Location: Can't beat it; literally a 1–2 minute walk to campus. No biking, no scrambling, just roll out of bed and go. The Apartment: The place is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. Brand new gas stove and microwave in the kitchen, plus bike rack parking out back. Bathroom is shared with just two other people. On site laundry for $2.50 per load. Other housemates: The house consists of 3-doubles (6 total guys). Great group of guys who are very friendly, welcoming, and considerate. It's a pleasure to live with them.
