My roommate and I are looking for a subleaser for summer and fall, as we won't be staying in IV for summer, and will be abroad during the fall :) a few notes about our place is our room is a double for $890 + utilities, located in the heart of IV- only a 5 minute walk to campus and even shorter bike ride! There's also an optional parking spot available for $40/month.
