Interdisciplinary - INT

In this year-long course, students gain hands-on experience managing an interdisciplinary undergraduate academic journal. Students will be part of the complete publishing cycle: soliciting submissions, coordinating peer review, learning to provide substantive feedback, and collaborating with authors to refine manuscripts. The URCA Journal publishes original work from UCSB undergraduate students, including research articles and literature reviews, in various academic fields across the natural sciences, social sciences, arts, and humanities.

Prerequisites: Upper-division standing; consent of instructor.
