FAMST 187SD - Topics in Film and Television Analysis: Screendance

This course asks students to consider dance-like rhythmic movement to be integral to its representation as screen media. In addition to written assignments, students are asked to produce a short video production drawing on the reading and weekly screenings.

Prerequisites: Film studies 46 or upper-division standing, and consent of instructor.
