Echoing most other reviews, Linda is so clear and easy to follow in lecture. My tip for an A+ is to print the lecture slides beforehand so you don't waste time copying down the slides and focus on her commentary and knowledge. Her exams are fair, but it's a lot of memorization. I suggest using Quizlet. I didn't buy the book and skimmed cases

Great class, great teacher. You need to show up to class, but it's only once a week. She brings in a lot of guest speakers and is well connected, really helpful if you're interested in law and government. You do not need the book to get an A.

Other than the class being 3 hours and Professor Krop occasionally feeling monotone, I really enjoyed her teaching and found the class very interesting. 1 midterm and 1 final were both straightforward written response questions, and the paper (2 page response letter) was actually fun and interesting. You don't need the book to pass. Would recommend

She is *very* helpful and nice. The curriculum is understandable and straightforward. She tries very hard to help the students and genuinely wants to help the students understand environmental law, and overall both a good-natured professor and person.

Linda is awesome! She really wants you to learn the material and presents the material in a way that is easy to study for the exams.

Linda Krop is one of the nicest teachers out there. You can tell that she really wants you to do well in the class and will do whatever she can to help you succeed. Her tests are pretty straight forward, and are usually 40% of your grade(there are 2 tests, 40% each). You don't need the book, mine's still wrapped up. Class can be pretty dry at times
