CollegeThe grading system is tough, especially for essays. Getting 5 out of 5 scores for one essay is hard because the requirements are very subjective. There are three challenging requirements. If you can't achieve these three, you can only get 80% for your essays, which will drastically lower your score to a B.
He seldom follows his class schedule, so there's lots of uncertainty in class. And you have to finish your first draft within one and a half hour and get ready to his quizzes. He is also a tough grader on drafts. I am an A student in my last linguistic class, but I don't know whether I can get an A- this quarter. I love Robertson even more than him
The course design was a disaster and all contents are pretty boring even though he's somewhat generous on grades.
Most of the students in the class can get A (even missed a homework and got a F). Even I got most B on my essay drafts and midterm and final, I still got an A overall. But he did not let others know his grading criteria, and every grade is 0/0 with a letter grade.
He's mean, broing.
too much homework, tough grader
