Majewski is my all-time favorite History professor! As a HPPL major a lot of my classes can feel boring and unengaging at times as the lectures aren't interesting but I show up to all of his classes because he is such a great speaker. The reading isn't necessary but helps make writing the papers a lot easier. Also can turn in notes for extra credit

Majewski is one of the best professors I've had in the history department. His lectures are really organized, and he speaks so you're able to get down the powerpoint slides AND what he's talking about. Reading was also really interesting. As long as you go to class and study the midterm questions he gives you, you're golden.

I love Prof. Majewski! He is one of my favorite teachers I've ever had. Make sure you go to office hours because he is very kind and helpful, as well as interesting. The class is very engaging, and he teaches the civil war sort of like telling a story. He is the best!!!

Loved his class! His knowledge on the subject is seemingly limitless and he obviously loves to teach. Very interesting material to begin with, and he brings it to life in a way you can't help but enjoy. Highly recommended course and professor. If you have the chance, don't miss him!
