she really isn't a good explainer on some topics but also alright at others. basically just reads lecture slides and is loud to be funny. the topics she covered were interesting but her lectures made me want to sleep. other half of the class was miserable so she was the better part of it. VERY hard exams, know every word on the slide. good luck.

the worst professor I have ever been taught by in my entire life. genuinely does not know how to make a test at all, let alone convey basic information and her inflection and tone in teaching is probably the most abhorrent thing I have subjected myself to. Please avoid her at all and any costs because she will genuinely impact your GPA.

I took it fall 2023. Now im back graduating but she's still the evilest professor I've ever had! The average for mid 1 is around 56 and mid 2 60ish. I was 15 pts higher than the average of any one of them and got 81 for the final bt still ended up as a B+. Just avoid her. Hard work doesn't pay off

if you want a C, take this class. if you want to feel incompetent, take this class. if you want to study for days on end and still fail, take this class.

1 group project (presenting medical microbiology research) + 6 quizzes (3-5 questions) that you take every week in your section, as well as 2 midterms and 1 final, which make up roughly 80% of your grade. Midterms were a cakewalk, with 100% being memorization. The final, however, was the hardest I've taken in college, but the curve was fat though!
