AMAZING- thats all i can say. This class is oriented so you there is no way you can do bad if you try (even just a little). He wants to make it fun, and it is- he makes you want to learn! Completely AMAZING- BEST teacher i have had BY FAR.

Very good instructor. Makes learning fun and interesting.Very funny! He is really fair when it comes to midterms/final, provides "fair-game sheet" to help prepare for them.

grading scale sucks. very long and boring lectures, since the notes are online.

The only complaint I have is the grading scale. It's practically impossible to get a plus in the class. In this class and in Psy 1, I was ONE question away from a B+. But it's still a great class.

excellent and interesting class! study the notes, ATTEND LECTURE! he posts notes online but tests on many things that aren't written, but spoken in class. just go to class & study before tests. anyone can do well, he's easy to follow & listen to, and the class material is super interesting. take the class!

hes ****, a ****, and he is full of himself. The only reason people like him is becuase he says funny things which are ****, ****, and self-praising. I dont know how this guy became a professor, but i he has no moral consideration for anybody.

really interesting class! great for non-psych majors too. Not hard at all. The professor is cool and keeps lectures really interesting.

very interesting class and he gives great descriptions/demonstrations of each illness. he's funny, the tests aren't hard at all as long as you study. his lectures are easy to follow and understand,there may have been some tangents that are related to the lecture but it wasn't annoying or noticable.

He is an awsome prof. He knows alot and makes the lectures interesting and light. I would recomend him for any psy class! Subject is a bit hard but if you really study for it you'll do fine. :)

THE reason I switched majors and am now going on to a doctorate in psych... The class is a lot of work, but hey, it builds personality ;)

One of the best classes and professors i have had at UCSB, though he made the class pretty challenging, and a lot of work was involved, if you're interested and willing to work for the grade, you'll definately get it.

Easily the BEST professor of my entire college career. Lectures were lively and engaging. Tests were average difficulty with no trick questions. Fair-game sheets were a life saver. Depts. often choose a 'star' lecturer for intro courses to attract people to major. Easy to see why they chose him.

My second favorite prof to Tiffney in the geology department. He's very anamated and made going to class super interesting. One of the best classes I've taken!

i did NOT enjoy his class. took this class during the summer. i studied and still didnt do well. if you do bad on the midterm, you're pretty much screwed, plus those experiments you go to dont count**** for you... only against you if dont do them.

Great Professor! makes lecture so interesting & is contantly telling jokes! love him!

Such an awesome teacher! Super funny, the class is a breeze if buy the AS notes. Plus, he is way hot.
