He is a very good professor! His outlines are all posted online, but still need to attend lecture to fully understand. Class is really easy if you just attend lecture and read. The fair game sheets are really helpful too.
I wish I did better than I did. Just keep up with all the lectures and reading. He was a great professor. Always made class fun and interesting.

One of my favorite classes i've taken here. The class material is interesting in and of itself; he makes the lectures more interesting and funny, too. Makes fair game sheets for midterm and final, they are a great help, and actually deserve their name ("fair"). Somewhat a lot of reading, but not too bad.
Fridlund was awesome. He made intro to psych funny, interesting, and not to mention the fair-game sheet for both tests made it an easy A. I would recommend this class to EVERYONE.

Really great class! Really interesting material, and prof fridlund really knows what he is talking about. he is extremely knowledgeable and is able to share his expertise in his lectures. Never boring. Just do the reading and go to lecture and you will do well in the class.
funny professor, extremely informative. he's unclear about what he's going to test you on. know the stuff he talks about in class like the back of your hands (take good notes). the stuff on the fair game sheet has a 50% chance of being on the midterms. overall, great professor good presence, really gets you interested in psych.

Loved this class! Fridlund is an amazing professor. I would take this class again if I could. You learn so much from this class.
Great lecturer, this will be your most interesting, humorous, and informative class. Fridlund teaches in a way that makes everything in Psych interesting, but tests are still relatively hard. Class was in cambell hall and it was packed pretty much everyday. great class and teacher
One of the BEST professor I have ever had! Each lecture is very intertaining, clear and funny! The midterms and finals do require you to do a lot of reading. TAKE HIM!
He's interesting, funny, and an all-around nice guy. A great class, though the whole grade is based on the midterm and final grades.

Funny teacher, and not that hard of class. I didnt do the readings but studyd the fair game sheet and got a solid B. Other than that I did nothing except show up.
After reading comments here I wonder if he is the same teacher, he was neither hot or extraordinarily rude when referring to people with disabilities. Interesting class but hard. Don't read just study notes and fair game sheet. I read on midterm & got a C didn't on final & got an A but only 2 grades so my final grade sucked. Know all meds Specific!
Fridlund's lectures were pretty interesting and he was pretty into the material. The tests were reasonable and he gives you a fair game sheet that is quite helpful. I would recommend this class and professor.
unfair tests (for many of the questions, there were two right answers), completely uncaring (during the tests, you couldnt ask questions unless english was your second language), and completely insane (your whole grade is two tests, with the final being 60% of your grade.) Oh ya, and those experiments could only hurt your grade, not help it.

Really Fun Teacher! Midterms & Final aren't too bad as long as you do the reading & go to class! Gives You a "Fair-Game" sheet for the midterm & final that help a lot!
