His grading is super clear. He is genuinely a nice person who smiles all the time. You should definitely go to his office hours to ask questions because his explanations are always so easy to understand and he will explain in as many times for you until you understand fully. He is the best.

An AWESOME professor. Explains everything clearly, answers questions in a non condenscending way (not often found in the math dept), grades super fairly, responds to emails quick. I couldn't reccomend him enough. Very fair & generous w partial credit on exams imo. He made me love math as someone who never liked nor understood it.

Extremely reasonable too with grading. I borrowed the recommended textbook from the library for example problems and it helped a lot on top of his material

Super chill! Extremely clear on grading-- for midterm & final he gave a breakdown of # of questions on each exam, for how many points, and what topics. Also includes bonus questions. HW is fairly short & short, and I used ChatGPT for help. Office Hours, & Math Lab are good too tho. Textbook is supplementary, not required/directly referenced.
