This class may be my favorite course at UCSB. Caldwell is so much fun and so passionate about animation (especially stop-motion). Unfortunately, because she teaches history and theory in class, you are left a bit in the dark regarding your own production. Make sure to visit office hours or talk her after class as well as watch videos for help.

involved more history than actual animation.
