RUN! The professor is all over the place and does not know how to lecture. No slides or anything to help you work through it.There was a final and an essay due on the same day. Nothing was graded so you have no idea where you stand. I would rather starve to death rather than retake this class

do not recommend no slides or course material only readings. tests are only about quotes, waste of time

not a really good class--it was extremely lecture and reading heavy, with 30-50 pages of tough philosophy to read. it's interesting if you get into it, but geulen has no slides or resources to help you prepare for the exams. she's not extremely accessible outside of class either. the TAs will definitely make or break your experience for you :/
