Dr. Sabouri would often say incredibly cruel things to me in lessons. He made racist comments to me about other students and his terrible scheduling made it nearly impossible to get lessons. I actually feel like a worse violinist after studying with him, because he made me feel so bad about myself. He is, in my opinion, an abuser.
