Prof Woo is awesome, this is a clearcut class that total beginners in stats and programming in R will have a clear path to success in. No tests or quizzes, just 5 analysis assignments that are very similar to the lab code. Don't miss easy points with participation, weekly quizzes, and the teaching assessments. Very approachable for any questions.

i havent had any coding experience but this class def helped me understand how to code. it consists of 5 major assignments for ur grade along with attendance and some surveys with your grade. pretty low stress level class as long as you go to lab and lecture you go this!

5 major assignments make up your grade but this professor is amazing. He genuinely cares for his students and wants everyone to succeed. It's easy to get behind because there is no weekly homework or textbook but put effort into the assignments and you will be good. Love Brandon!

Professor Woo is such a lovely instructor. He truly cares about his students and wants you to succeed. The grading criteria provided for this course was clear, and about halfway through the quarter he started uploading lecture videos. I wish I had attended class more frequently, because it would have guaranteed me a better grade, so go to class!
