Professor Andy is incredibly kind and truly invested in our learning. He's not only super knowledgeable, but also makes sure we understand the material. While the lecture slides rely heavily on research papers, the papers are genuinely interesting and thought-provoking. I definitely recommend taking this class!

Excellent. Engaging and humorous. Cares about his students. Advanced yet broken down. Felt safe to ask questions. Really great teacher and person overall. Not super easy, but no textbook is lit. Group quiz where you read an article and answers questions about it.
