He covers topics in detail, but doesn't always give background. Lectures have lots of python and you're encouraged to follow along, but the pace is too fast for this, and slides are not edited to be accessible outside of class. He rarely shows how to use specific functions and arguments. Labs are otherwise enjoyable. He needs to solicit feedback.
