I really enjoyed going to class even though it was almost 2 hours long. If you participate and pay attention I found the class to be pretty easy, but if you do the bare minimum/don't show up I think it would be significantly harder. He is excited to teach the topics at hand and wants you to learn. By far my favorite teach I've had so far at UCSB.

I had MJ for TMP 120 and really enjoyed his class. He did a really good job at explaining business concepts in a way that I, as someone still new to the field, could grasp. Participation really matters but I found it easy to speak up during discussions because he responds positively. The group project was difficult but doable as well as the tests.
