Harber does not know how to lecture. At all. He goes on the most meaningless tangents, jumps from topic to topic, and incorporates so much information into his slides, then glosses over it so you don't know what is important for the tests. The tests asked about material we barely talked about or did not talk about at all. Do not take his class.
