Stier is super knowledgeable, but be prepared to participate during his lectures. One of the easier EEMB classes with a fun lab portion. Labs consist of worksheets completed during lab times so no pre-labs or reports and they usually run 2 hrs at most, not the allotted 4.

Stier is really fun and I loved EEMB 106 (Biology of Fishes)! The midterm and final were online, there were weekly quizzes to be completed as well. The lab section was so interesting, there were several field trips to local beaches to do fish surveys and dissections.
