Dr. Eliason is amazing, I was super hesitant to take Animal Physiology but it ended up being my favorite class of the quarter. She gives super clear, engaging lectures so if you take good notes, it is easy to do well. Watch out for the first midterm, it's hard! She really wants everyone to succeed and is available to help.

Dr. Eliason is amazing!! I took this class just to get rid of my EEMB requirement (+lab requirement) because I am not a fan of labs & EEMB classes, but ended up loving her portion of the class and being fascinated by the fishes. She is so in love with fishes that it made me excited to go to class and watch her lecture. 10/10 recommend!!

Sweet and enthusiastic when she's lecturing, the opposite when she has to answer questions esp the complex ones related to the material. Short class time, heavy memorization, reads off slide 80% of the time (uses it as a crutch), not ready to teach a course like 157B. Discriminated against 4 asking questions. Take my advice, don't ask questions!
