Woah... No class could have prepared me less to go into another french course. Poor interaction skills, could usually never understand her and was mostly just frustrating on both parties. If you have the option to choose another professor, do so

Worst class so far. I tried to be positive but grammar, verbs were not really covered. Students had to ask her to write things on the board. Papers and assignments were unorganized. Only class I skipped purposely. If you can take french another quarter or someone else because you will lose enthusiasm.

Worst professor I have ever taken at ucsb. Do NOT take her class. She is not helpful at all and I have learned nothing new

She spends the majority of class reading passages from the book to us and then having us answer questions about it, but keep in mind NONE of this is on the quizzes or tests. She goes over pointless material and does not use any examples to teach the new grammar concepts. Avoid taking her class if you want to learn something new.
