Paolo is one of the best ME professor in UCSB. He is very passionate about what he is doing. Most importantly, he cares about his students. He answers any questions you have. He posts all lectures notes and previous tests online. There are only 6 HW sets. Tests are very fair and easy. Just go over HWs and old tests, then you are set. No curve ball.

Paulo is one of the most caring professors I have had at UCSB. His lectures are helpful and all notes are posted online. His tests are incredibly straightforward and are fair tests of the class material. He is always available and is incredibly polite and will always take time for students. Amazing experience with a difficult subject.
