The best econ professor I've had at UCSB so far. Her lectures are clear and interesting. However, the class was hard and the grade was based on only two midterms and a final.

10A is a challenging class, but professor Maya made it sound so easy with her lectures! Her explanations were very clear and I don't know if I would've been able to do so well in the class without her. Recommend taking notes beforehand (all slides on gauchospace) because class goes by pretty fast and you should focus on listening and understanding.

Maya is super cool and funny and helpful and a good teacher overall

Honestly the best econ professor at UCSB, lectures are fluid and clear. She actually teaches the material and explains the intuition for this crazy class!
