I just applied to 8 grad schools and this Professor was supporting in writing all letters and helping me with revising my statements. I had him in a big class in 2015 and he was still willing to help after he suggested that we have a few phone convos to help him know me better for letters. I don't know any other Professor that would do that.

I dont know why UCSB don't keep him here, he was the most exciting professor I had and he cared about us getting it. His lectures were packed and always entertaining and very funny and we can learn with that good.

Had Corpuz for developmental and it was the best course I took here. The grade you get is what you earn. No tricks and he's a very good presenter that time flies. There were readings that were not on the exam but not too bad

Come back Dr. Corpuz!!!! My favorite professor at UCSB. The human relationships class I took with him was incredible and I am not exagerating, you can ask anyone in that class. I really wish he was teaching more classes here before i graduate. (

He made a huge impact on me after taking his class. I never thought I would like psych this much, but the evolutionary psychology approach that Dr. Corpuz took with this class completely captured me. He uses really great examples and his slides are amazing. Quizzes are easy if you read but the exams are pretty tough. DO NOT MISS CLASS!
