had him for both 1a and 1b. he was very great at explaining concepts, but he goes very fast. be prepared to study for hours and work on practice problems every day if u want to get a good grade. at times i felt like the 45 minute time limit for the midterms was a bit harsh based on how long each problem took (for 1b)

This professor is the best chem teacher you could get ever! His lectures are fun, entertaining, and he's funny. I actually enjoyed going to his class. He is truly the daddy of chem.

Probably the best professor in the gen chem series imo. He has clear lectures that are easy to follow as long as you stay engaged and pay attention. He's really accessible outside of class and his practice exams are nearly identical to the actual exams. The final wasn't too bad but make sure to study everything (especially the last chapter).

price is a great professor during lecture, he is able to go through material in a short 50 min class very eloquently! i will admit i failed price the first time i had him, but you really have to commit to chemistry. tests are mainly based off textbook problems as well as a good blend of practice exams. you can conquer chem!

i believe price is the professor/class you should always go for when it comes to gen chem. his lectures are the most comprehendible and engaging, in comparison to other professors.

Very nice person and great teacher - I think its just a really hard course. midterms were fair but the final was all curveballs (I dont know anyone who did well). I ended with a B uncurved and though it would curve to an A based on the bad averages but it didnt curve AT ALL.
