CollegeSuper easy class, especially with Scott Price. If you have a decent math background this class is light work. Very fair exams nearly identical to practice, if you take chem 1a take with price.
Was made to teach. ORGANIZED,clear, receptive, cares for us to succeed. No doubt he knows what he's talking abt.His passion 4 teaching def makes a dif. my 2nd quarter REtaking Chem 1A (one of most difficult classes I've taken),but w/ great prof, ur able to earn the grade u work for.Explains IN DEPTH,but w/ simple terms. teaches material to a dif lvl
I love him so much. You could skip every lecture because the videos he posts are incredibly comprehensive. He's funny. He utilizes every minute of class. He wants you to succeed. I highly, highly recommend. Make sure you do the practice exams, they mirror the irl tests comprehensively.
The BEST gen chem professor by far. He explains things very well, and the tests are similar to the practice material. You have to PUT IN THE WORK and follow a solid study plan, but he provides you with everything needed to do so.
Price has done much more for me than any of the other chemistry professors. He has very strong lectures that are easy to understand and gives plenty of time to review examples. If you follow his study plan, you WILL succeed. Exams don't differ much in difficulty from practice exams, and he gives good explanations for in person questions.
Professor A-O does a great job at teaching CHEM 3C as he provides further context on most topics as to why we are learning it and how it's used industrially to manufacture goods. Homework was optional but great prep for exams, study guides were also given, and exams are reasonably easy. Also he's pretty funny for teaching an 8am class.
