Do not take this class if you have not taken another Phil class. Professor is unclear on his assignments. This class is essentially hit or miss.
Albert was an amazing professor. Very clear when getting a point across. Critical Thinking is a class everybody should take. It's a class on logic, and everybody could benefit from it. Overall, he was a rad dude. Midterms were pretty easy if you study. The final was a little more difficult though. Take this class!

This is probably my favorite class this quarter! The prof is great, easygoing, and really wants you to understand the material. He always posts slides online but you need to come into lecture to fill in the missing blanks. Hw & reading was a light load, and the midterms were straightforward. I'm a freshman and it was pretty easy for me to get an A!
Professor is pretty funny & helpful, he doesn't go on until it seems like everyone gets it. And the subject is easy as long as you read the power points. He posts most of them online so you don't really have to go to lectures, but I recommend going. Homework is easy. Midterm was straight forward.
GREAT PROFESSOR!!WILL HELP YOU IF YOU NEED ANYTHING AND HAS VERY CLEAR LECTURES. JUST GO TO CLASS AND YOULL BE FINE LAID BACK AND COOL GUY! WHISH ALL PROFESSORS WERE LIKE HIM!
He really tries to make sure everyone understands, and goes fairly slow in lectures, always going over the homework. You need to have the textbook for some homework, but you don't need to read it if you go to lecture, since he makes everything really clear, and he always makes sure he has extra sessions for review before tests
He's a really cool guy. It's kinda hard to stay awake at 8 am, but it's not because of him. It's because it's 8 am. He is very good with clarifying. He goes into great detail to make sure you understand the material & he's actually kinda funny sometimes. I would say definitely take this class. It's easy & he's a cool guy. My TA on the other hand...
