took sociology 185S with Ingrid Li and she is a VERY nice lady! this class moves very fast and there are tons of readings with required notes and journal entries weekly. This is a class that cant be taken lightly because of how fast it moves and how much information it covers. Proceed with caution!

Prof Sato hands down my favorite! She's extremely helpful and lectures are clear and insightful. 2 "reaction" papers, that are straightforward, and a final research paper. The class is not an easy A, she makes you work for it but I've seriously learned more from Prof Sato than any other Professor.

Professor Sato is an engaging lecturer. She keeps it real and doesn't take herself too seriously. Funny lectures but also interesting material. No tests, just 3 writing assignments and quizzes/journals every week. Good attendance is advisable.

Soc108st - The class wasn't too hard but at time was boring. She is very enthusiastic but a lot of the material is just dull. Sometimes she talks too much and makes preachy speeches but overall it was a fine class.

Friendly, fun, and an overall awesome person XD Don't expect to get a good grade if you don't participate, but she's very laid-back and has a great attitude.

Great teaching style. really cares for the students and does anything possible for students to understand complex material. loved her enthusiasm and is great to talk to! very easy going and makes the material interesting! i definitely recommend her!
