Straight forward teacher, put forth a lot of effort to make class interesting and funny. Just studied lecture notes and got an A on the tests. Dropped lots of hints about test content during class.

meh. he was alright. these guys are exaggerating. he could be pretty funny sometimes, just because the stuff he says is so random and off topic. its like WTF. talking about baguettes and such. im not a bitter student, i got an A in the class. it was alright i guess. didnt prepare you for tests!

Take him at all costs!!! A hilarious guy who made Greek and Roman history somehow funny. Though his essay prompts for the final and paper were ambiguous they left flexibility to create your own responses. Just a cool guy who relates to students. His motto is that history isnt boring, but history professors are and he lives up to that motto.

Very funny, kept my attention 85% of the time (which is more than any history professor will ever do), clearly explained concepts, dropped hints about what would be on the exam. Made class as interesting as a history class can be.

Considering the class was from 630 to 745 at night, he was pretty good at keeping my attention, even if his lectures covered material that was a little dry. Went on funny tangents, and was pretty funny in general. I'd take a class with him again.
