Rod is a great guy and he goes out of his way to make sure this class is fun, inspirational, and educational. I was challenged to think and participate in this class. Definitely recommend ESS7 with Rod.

Cool Professor. Class is really interesting. Mostly just showing up and doing team building activities. Learned about teamwork and goal-setting. Kinda felt like PE in elementary school which is awesome!

Only great things to say about this class and Rod. HIGHLY recommend. If you do the assigned journals & (easy) take-home final, attend class, and participate, it's an easy A. But besides from that, you will make great friends and learn alot along the way.

This is a good class... it helps me get through the day. And Rod, I can't see anyone else teaching it. Ropes are sick you will learn to love it. This class is physical, but to each his own. Easy units, meet good hearted people, you won't regret it.
