Hi everyone! I’m Katie and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in IV (3 min walk to beach and 15 mins to Storke tower) near UCSB preferably starting around the end of December for the Winter and Spring quarters or for the Winter and Spring quarter. If you are looking to move in sooner before the winter quarter, please let me know, I can accommodate! I’ll be transferring to another college, so I’m hoping to find someone to take over my spot as soon as possible. The apartment is shared with 7 girls, and rent is split based on bedroom type. My spot is in a double room with no balcony and a loft. Rent is $1,125/month, not including utilities. Utilities are usually around $50 per person per month so which totals up to $1,250 per month (can be less). The lease runs through June 14th, and ideally I’m looking for someone who can move in around the end of December and stay through the end of the lease.
