Tropicana Gardens is a UCSB partner property that is privately owned and operated. It offers furnished residence hall living for UCSB students in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom shared suite, with a larger student community living throughout the property. The rent includes 10 meals per week, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and light housekeeping twice a month. The suite is fully furnished and includes a shared living room with a big-screen TV, together with access to Tropicana’s on-site amenities. The $1 utility amount shown in the listing is only entered because the platform does not accept $0; utilities are fully included in the rent. Please contact me directly if you are interested.
