Hi! I am looking for someone (boy or girl) to take over my lease at Breakpoint & Coronado in IV for this upcoming 2026-2027 term. The lease is for a Coronado 2x2 which is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. There is a $2000 voucher that comes with the place that can be used to pay for anything (groceries, rent, etc.) and I would pay the first month's rest ($1430). The new price listed ($1144.17) would be the price if the first month is paid for and the entire $2000 voucher goes towards the rent.
