I want to find someone in taking this lease because I found another place I’m more interested in since it’s cheaper and that’s the only reason why. This place I want to find someone in taking the lease is a studio double apartment and the leasing company didn’t find someone to take the second spot yet so there is a chance you get the entire place by yourself. It has a nice bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, all of which are fully furnished and it’s a very nice place. You can get a virtual tour from the leasing companies office. The full lease is from August 2026 to August 2027.
