I am subleasing my apartment 6519 Seville Rd apt 7 for both the summer and fall quarters for 2026. During these quarters, the entire apartment will be empty and can fit two residents. The apartment is a one bedroom one bedroom unit (around 579 sqr ft) that comes with internet, , refrigerator, oven, a shared laundry room, and a single parking space ( around 75 a month).
