Hello! I am looking for someone to sublease for the 2026 summer since I will be going back to my hometown for the summer. Preferably June 26th - September 20th, but exact dates are flexible! The house is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, has a spacious living room and a separate space for personal storage and laundry. The room (bedroom 3) is a double with a large closet, and you would be sharing it with my roommate Kaitlyn (She will be living there starting mid-August). It also has a separate door that connects to the front yard! The house will be furnished, and if needed, I can supply my twin bed, desk, and dresser for the room. Also, there are 4 parking spots included! The rent would be $1000 per month - I will cover utilities. All the girls are nice, super chill, and will be Seniors at UCSB!
