Hello! My name is Taylor and I’m graduating from UCSB this spring quarter 2026. This house is huge with 5 bedrooms for a total of 10 girls, each a double with their own bathroom plus a half bathroom in the kitchen. It’s the Sunrise 10 floor plan at The Cove and the room is the upstairs master bedroom. The bedroom itself is very large and includes a well-sized walk in closet and 4 drawers which I keep under the Twin XL bed. I have a corner desk (see photo) that I’m not taking with me, so if you want it it’s yours. Two dishwashers and two refrigerators (plus a fridge one of my roommates bought) provides plenty of space. Two washer/dryer units in the house. This is a newly constructed home (first to live in it) and I clean regularly, so it’s close to brand new! Parking is available for purchase ($175/month) and there are 2 driveway spots and 2 garage spots total. Pets are also allowed with a $60/month pet fee if applicable. Plenty of pantry space and places to store your kitchenware. Living room equipped with 65” TV, separated from the kitchen by a short set of steps and large wall.
