I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease for my private studio apartment in Isla Vista. I am a fourth-year student graduating in a few weeks, and I have comfortably enjoyed living here since the beginning of the academic year. This private studio apartment is perfect for one person and may also work well for a duo. It features a private entrance, private bathroom, full kitchen, ample living space, and is located in a very quiet area of Isla Vista. The studio is unfurnished, but it does include essential kitchen appliances such as a stove/oven and refrigerator. There is also a laundry room just a few steps away in the patio area, as well as bike racks designated for tenants. In terms of utilities, the tenant is only responsible for setting up WiFi and paying the electric bill. This would be a great option for anyone looking for housing over the summer, especially students taking summer session courses. The lease takeover begins on June 21st and ends on September 12th, and the apartment will be available immediately beginning June 21st. NOTE: This is ONLY for the remainder of the current lease agreement and must be approved by the landlord/leasing office. There is also one designated parking spot available, and we can negotiate the remaining parking cost if interested.
