Hi everyone! We’re looking for a male roommate to take over our spacious living room area in a cozy 3 bed / 2 bath apartment at Willow Springs Apartments. All three of us are male UCSB students, and we’re hoping to find someone friendly, clean, and easygoing. About the space: The living room is surprisingly large and comfortable, with its own private balcony and extra storage room. It is separated from public area by a curtain and some organizers(shown in the photos). The apartment also has a full kitchen, shared laundry facilities on site, and plenty of covered parking spots available. location: * Only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop * About a 15–20 minute bike ride to UCSB * Super convenient if you drive to school or work Rent: * $800/month + utilities ( about 17% of the house rent ) * Utilities are usually around $50–90 per person * Move-in starts mid-June(one year lease) * Summer rent can be discounted if you’ll be away during the summer About us: We’re all pretty quiet, respectful, and clean. Most of the time we hang out in our own rooms, except when cooking or chatting in the kitchen. We’d love to live with someone who has a similar lifestyle — clean, considerate, no frequent parties inside the house.
