Hi! My name is Karielle, and I am going abroad in the Fall and will also not be able to lease during the Summer, so I am looking to sublease during this time to someone who is clean and respectful :). The apartment is a 2b/1b in a great spot located in the center of IV, and fun fact, there is even a lemon tree on the property! The apartment will be lightly furnished, and include a couch, fridge, and stove. The flooring is newly renovated to wood (not shown in photos). Parking is $40 and allows for 1 car. There are also 2 other spots available in the triple for the Fall, and 1 other for the Summer, so if you have friends who you would like to live with, this would be great!
