Hi there! I'm looking for a Summer 2026 male subleaser for a spot in a triple (or possibly a double). Earliest possible move-in is ~July 1, preferably looking for people staying for a majority of the summer (can go all the way to mid-September) The unit includes one double and one triple, with one person already planning to live there (likely in the triple). I'm likely going to have a spot in the triple, and I will probably put a bed frame and desk before you move in. Rent is $813/month for triple, $930/month for double (if really interested, could possibly arrange) There’s also a parking spot available for about $50/month if needed. Location is super convenient, right next to UCSB campus, perfect for summer classes and still close to the heart of Isla Vista.
