INT 34LE - Literature and Experience
This Humanities Lab course funded by the Arnhold Arts and Humanities Commons offers immersive and experiential opportunities to explore world literature and culture. Students participate in interdisciplinary, innovative and hands-on learning experiences designed to open pathways into the humanities. Scheduled experiential events may include exploring cultures through writing in different scripts, learning about the nervous system through somatic experiencing, and attuning with our companion animals, as well as active learning experiences in the classroom through different media, with peers, and outside the classroom on field trips, including a day trip to the Channel Islands, if conditions permit.
